Mr. Lee obtained his LL.B. degree from the University of Hong Kong in 1976. He received further training in the United Kingdom and became a civil litigator in Hong Kong and in England in 1977. He obtained a Master degree in Public Administration from the University of Hong Kong in 1981.

    Before he emigrated to Canada, Mr. Lee practised as a Barrister in Hong Kong for 12 years. He has a wealth of experience in corporate and commercial matters and in resolving commercial disputes.

    Mr. Lee was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in Ontario in 1992. He became a partner of Metcalfe, Blainey & Burns in the same year. He is now the firm's managing partner and oversees the following areas of services: real estate law, trust law, off-shore trust, business law, corporate law, family law, immigration law and civil litigation.

    Mr. Lee is fluent in Chinese and English. His record of services in the community is impressive and, due to his outstanding performance in the legal profession, he has been invited to sit on a number of Boards and has served as honorary legal advisor to a number of organizations and associations.
In the last ten years, the firm has expanded considerably and has formed a solid base to take on large-scale transactions and more challenging work. Mr. Lee is proud to have a team of dedicated and experienced lawyers and staff who is ready to serve the community with a strong team spirit. The firm is currently serving international clients with business focus in Hong Kong, China and Canada.
